On this week's Insider Podcast, we speak to Brian Conroy of Rennicks Solictors. Brian is a solicitor with extensive experience on intellectual property, copyright laws and trademarks and recently discovered some interesting filings by JK Rowling and Warner Bros. As well as discussing the nature of copyrights in film and merchandising, we also spoke about public domain films and many aspects of the film business with regards to copyright and trademark.
